Shipping information

Prestige Yarns does not guarantee every item listed on the web site is always available.

Items will be posted almost immediately if available

Prestige Yarns will make every effort to secure the item from our suppliers if item is not available for immediate delivery

Insurance can be purchased. The first $100.00 will cost $2.35, then $1.10 per $100.00, or part thereof up to $5,000 .00. Insurance for international destinations is available however cover varies between countries so cover is on application.

All orders with a total value of over $200.00 will be shipped free with free insurance ( Australia only)
f.
Orders are sent using Australia Post. Orders should be received within 7-10 days after receipt of payment. (Australia only). International orders should be received within 2-3 weeks. Prestige Yarns is not responsible for an international customer's local duties or import taxes .

Ordering options
Prestige Yarns accepts orders online, by fax, email, and phone. Online orders are sent to a secure site so you can purchase with confidence. Fax orders should be sent to 61-(0)2 4285 6669. Email orders should be sent to info@prestigeyarns.com.au. Phone orders will be taken 9.00AM - 5.00PM, Monday to Friday. Please leave your name and number if you are calling outside the hours mentioned and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience.

Returns & refunds

You must contact Prestige Yarns within 14 days of the delivery date if you desire to return or exchange an item
b.
Returns and refunds are not accepted after 14 days of customer receipt unless a defect can proven to be the responsibility of Prestige Yarns.
c.
A return or refund is only accepted if the total quantity of an individual item purchased is returned.
d.
We accept returns for exchange or refund provided the goods are in 'as new' condition. Please understand when returning good that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the goods, that the customer is responsible for suitable packing and the shipping costs. Prestige Yarns does not offer a refund or replacement for goods damaged in the return transit trip.
e.
Authorisation/approval must be obtained from Prestige Yarns prior to the return of any goods. The approval can be obtained by phone, fax or email.

All prices advertised on the web site are in Australian $ and subject to change without notice .

Prestige yarns has made every effort to make every image displayed on the web site as close to actual as possible. Prestige Yarns advises there will be variations due hardware usage.

Goods supplied in error by Prestige Yarns will be replaced at our cost .

Prestige Yarns does not supply colour cards .

Prestige Yarns can generally supply the same dye lot however we do not guarantee this.
